By booking an appointment or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Bookings & appointments
Appointment requests are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices and treatment durations shown online are estimates and may vary based on your specific needs. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a booking.
Deposits & payment
Some appointments may require a deposit to reserve your spot. Deposits are applied to the final cost of your service. Payment for services is due at the time of your visit unless otherwise agreed. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Cancellations & no-shows
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows may forfeit a deposit, as described in our refund policy.
Your conduct
You agree to provide accurate booking information and to treat our staff and other clients with respect. We may refuse service for abusive behaviour.
Results & liability
Beauty and wellness results vary by individual. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VJM Beauty Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.
