Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective June 2026
Deposits
Certain treatments require a deposit to confirm your booking. The deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule at no charge when you give us reasonable advance notice. We will do our best to find a new time that works for you, and your deposit carries over.
Cancellations
If you cancel with reasonable notice, any deposit may be refunded or held as credit toward a future visit. Cancellations made at short notice may forfeit the deposit, as the time was reserved exclusively for you.
No-shows
Missing an appointment without notice will forfeit the deposit. Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings.
Service satisfaction
Your experience matters to us. If something wasn’t right with your service, please tell us within 48 hours and we will work with you to make it right — typically a complimentary adjustment.
Refunds
Where a refund applies, it is issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider. Products purchased may be returned only if unopened and unused, subject to applicable consumer law.
